附註：1.本表係參考行政院94年9月28日院授人力字第0940065062號函、95年4月4日院授人力字第0950061619號函修正之「公務人員英語檢測 陞任評分計分標準對照表」、托福網站新增托福網路化測驗(IBT)分數對照表及新版多益測驗、全球英檢與CEF分數對照表編製而成。 2.列有分項之測驗需分項測驗分數均達相同等級，若分項檢測等級不同，僅能以較低等級者計。

Taking A Standardized English Exam

1. Scored at least 550 in the TOEIC exam
2. Scored at least 4 in the IELTS exam
3. Scored at least 90 in the TOEFL iBT exam, 137 in the CBT exam, or 457 in the PBT exam
4. Scored at least 40 in the BULATS exam
5. Passed the first stage of the intermediate level or higher in the GEPT exam
6. Passed the Preliminary English Test of the Cambridge Main Suite

Taking the Practical English Course

As an alternative to the English exams mentioned above, students can take the Practical English course in their junior or senior year after fulfilling one of the following standardized English exam requirements. Student who wish to take the Practical English course needs to bring the original copy and a photocopy of the exam transcript to the Office of Academic Affairs Registration Section to register for the class.

Applicable to students entered in 2013 and after

1. Scored 400 - 545 in the TOEIC exam
2. Scored 3 - 3.5 in the IELTS exam
3. Scored 31 - 46 in the TOEFL iBT exam, 90 - 133 in the CBT exam, or 390-453 in the PBT exam
4. Scored at least 39 in the BULATS exam
5. Scored 120 - 159 in the first stage of the GEPT intermediate level exam
6. Scored 45 - 69% in the Cambridge Main Suite
